After being retrenched, i missed ONE payment on my contract. They suspend my line. On the 25th of April they deducted R2229.83 from my account but my line is STILL suspended!!! WHY!?!?!? After having called the call centre numerous times, none of them are competent enough to help me!! I have sent them my bank statement as proof that they deducted the money from account!! WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT 8TA!?!?!?!?!?!?!
You are all truly a bunch of useless people!!
