Battle with 8ta since 2012 STILL NOT SOLVED

I applied for the Unlimited Voice plan contract in December 2012 at the Witbank branch (Highveld Mall) Mpumalanga. The store called me back after two days to inform me that my application was declined. I just accepted it.
By the end of January I went on to my email (due to the fact that I was only registered by the end of January at a tertiary institution - I was only able to access the email by then).
I logged a case and by the 23rd of March they apologized and said they will credit my account. On the 25th of March they went and debited my account with R3600 because the correction didn't reflect on their system. Now my debit orders didn't go through. They haven't reversed it and I'm still without my money. They've caused me embarrassment, loads of expenses and much more trouble. All they say is sorry. I've still not receive any feedback. I want my contract cancelled and compensation for all my expenses and trouble.
