Good day,

I while back I had a complaint to Vodacom (that they did resolve), but this weekend I was so impressed with Vodacom that I am a loyal customer again. I went on Friday to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S4. Aaron, the guy who helped me, was so helpful he told me they only sell from the Saturday and I went back on Saturday asked for Aaron and I got my phone! I am so glad for all his help. I can't remember the last time someone was so professional at a shop and made me as customer feel so special. Really think if possible that he should get promoted!

Thank you Vodacom for the excellent service and to the Samsung promotions guys as well. Thumbs up!
