Overcharge and ridiculous explanation

I loaded money on my account, the I sent 2 faxes, costing over R40 and the one does not even show that it was sent. The explanation is that there was a problem with the other persons fax 2 email and tried sending it over and over. So I wonder if 2 different places has a problem, it seem rather that FAXFX program has a problem and only trying to make money
