Contact number does not exist

I paid money into their account and sent a payment confirmation as requested. When I tried to call their support line to check when my credits will be loaded the number was incorrect. When I call directory enquiries to get their number they told me they have no record of the company.
I just lost R100 - its a! Watch out!
