Hi,

After looking at the stats that you provide, it is very clear that Vodacom could not give a flying #@*&%^! about their paying customers!

They still have not resolved more than 90% of the complaints that they have received and why should they?

What with them doing a turnover of R500, 000, 000:00 per day HOW CAN THEY AFFORD MORE STAFF, to solve the problems that they themselves are causing?

What about a class action suit to put them and us out of our combined misery?

The facts are that we in SA pay more than anyone else in the world for cell phone usage! All service providers!

Why don't we "the people" decide to turn off our phones for 24 hours and see the notice that we will get from them losing a half a billion Rand.

Don't stand still South Africa, let's DO THIS THING. Switch your cell phone off on the 6th May 2013.

You may even enjoy the experience.
