Cell c dissapoints

Im extreamly disappointed in cell c paarl mall service i recently renewed my contract and since its been. I sent my phone in for repairs twice same problem and just gets sent back with no explanation on what was wrong.on both occasions the Paarl mall branch didn't call me to say they've received my phone back from repairs which meant i was left for two months without a phone. I on numerous times call customer care and they promise to return my calls if they can't settle my queries but im still waiting for a response.
