Unauthorised removal of funds and judgement

The supplier has repeatedly failed to debit my account and after I manually paid them they debited my account & days after our agreed date. In the interim a judgement was loaded on my name and stopped me from getting a new car. If I had an agreement with them why was there a judgement on my name? and why after several months did they not debit my account on the dates agreed to? No one including the original client WONGA have helped in any way. I tried to reach the actual attorney but it seems he is considered by his staff as "never being there at all, ever". So you have an attorney's office with no attorneys? Odd indeed. I was only allowed access to Edward who seems to be a paralegal at best. After 2 phone calls to him Edward suddenly also disappears and is no longer contactable. No one else in the Landau office is able to help you. A serious case of highway then?
