MTN a major headache

Hello my name is Sicelo Masina. Last week I logged a complaint on this site on MTN for poor service on a account opened under my name. To this day I'm still waiting for the administration team of MTN to cancel my listing. I called the call centre on many occasions and I was told that instruction was sent to the ITC to cancel the listing. I am absolutely disappointed that I lost a car due to this lack of delivery from MTN. And what really bothers me is that other cellular networks were able to cancel listings under my name within days yet MTN still taints my credit record because of the poor service they give to clients. As it stands I am still black listed by MTN and can't make any further applications as I will be declined. This is really unacceptable as I have to beg and spend lots of money on calls, emails and faxes just to get my name cleared. MTN has ruined my life..
