Can't get itemised billing - nobody helpful

Hello,

I have, for over a year, attempted to get itemised billing from MTN due to excessively high phone bills. I have attempted to phone a number of times as well as email and NOBODY can help and NOBODY can get them sent to me!

This is the final straw, I will terminate all 3 of my contracts with MTN and move over to Cell C's supercharge. It just makes sense and people's comments say that Cell C's customer service is actually pretty good, unlike MTN.

So looking forward to my contracts ending and I'll be moving over to Cell C this weekend just to get my phone bills down.

Let's see you still charging me excessive amount without any sim cards in use!!
