Limit

Hi, I put a limit on my phone (0814735956) of a hundred Rand and on my husbands phone the limit was 10rand. I did not give anyone an instruction or authority to change this now I have to pay a bill of R1003, 93 this month. I tried calling 8ta there's just no answer all I'm listening to is crapy music. I'm really unhappy about this. I cant afford to pay this huge amount that's why I placed limits on these numbers.
