Cell number subscribed to a unknown company

My cell number is subscribed to a company that i dont know, when i recharge my cell it takes my airtime. I called MTN twice nothing is happening i am told to wait three days for a notification from that company to unsubscribe m. Its over a week i cant load airtime in my phone due to this. ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!
