Nightmare experiences with network & call centre

I reported CellC on Thursday lastweek, and have still not gotten any feedback regarding my issue of bad network coverage!! I am unable to use my phone and I lose signal all the time. Apart from this, CellC blatantly ignores the issue. Nothing on my phone works!! I've tried numerous avenues of getting ahold of the team but no one seems interested.

I've posted on Facebook about the issue, Tweeted you many times but have not gotten a response, emailed [Email Removed] spoken to almost 10 agents, even gone to a store but keep getting told that there nothing they can do to assist and that the technicians are busy with the issue. This is more than 10 days without network!!

I've spoken to Jared, Nana, Pringle, Mutusi, Kenielwe, Sharedon, Daduwele to name a few. No one seems interested. I was told to visit a store to test my phone but they said they didn't have another iPhone 5 in stock so couldn't assist. and to top it off, I was billed R1129.00 for the month of March for data, when nothing on my phone works!! How is this even possible, SA, please be warned... CellC does not care about their customers!! They are oblivious to issues raised and genuinely don't give a!
