I have an internet connection at home with 8ta
My debit order did bounce on 2 April but i was not notified, on 15 April 8ta took off a double debit without notifying me, then on 19 April i get an sms stating that my account is unpaid and my line will be cancelled if not settled within 24hours, my line was cancelled that same hour. I have tried repeatedly to get this reslved and on 24 April am still without internetconnection whilst i have now paid double. NOBODY has gotten back to me via all the emails i have sent. I also went twice into the Table View Telkom branch to try and get this resolved, they cannot answer me and their incompitent call cente states my internet is on line according to their system. The lady at the branch promised to get back to me as she agreed the service was unacceptable, i am still waiting for her call. I do not know how to handle this further and whom to take this up with. I still have another 12 months on y contract and canot therefore cancell and look for another service. I am highly frustrated and disapointed in the service i have received
