MTN -stop allowing deduction for Content Charge

I've placed a complained on the 9 April that I do not allow MTN to deduct fees for Content Charge as I don't subscribe to these type of SMS's and again there is a deduction this month. When I phoned the call center I was which was first put down in my ear then when I phoned back I spoke to Mathobo. She said she will request the company to call me back which deducted the Content Charge. This company don't phone you back and they don't do refunds. When I ask to speak to her manager, she put down the phone in my hear. So from this I see that MTN don't value me as a customer and that MTN condone transactions to continue. Perhaps I should get Carte Blance to investigate how much of these fund MTN put in its pocket.

I did not authorized MTN to deduct any amount from my account excepted for my monthly fee and any call charges/data over the usage. Stop allowing these 's to take funds from me.
