Unauthorised upgrade

Was contacted by Mr Mbizo stating that I can upgrade. I then informed him that I was waiting for my contract to end and then move to CellC. He then promise to give me a quote to stay with Vodacom with about the same price and benefits as CellC. I agree to him sending me a quote. After receiving the quote I told him that this is not nearly close to the CellC deal. and that I am not interested. The next day i received an SMS stating that my upgrade was succesful. I was shocked because this is. I did not sign the letter that came with the quote and I did inform him that I was not interested. Mr Mbizo promised then to rectify it, but unfortunately did not deliver on this. I am shocked with this type of conduct from Autopage and want this to be corrected immediately.
