Hello peter

My phone was sent in for repairs it was sent on the 11 of feb 2013 the gentle man that took my phone in ffor repairs was specific that it normaLly takes 14 to 20 working days I waited till than but nobody phoned me or updated me so I went to the store and askked them what's happening with my phone that was sent in for repairs I ttold that my phone wasn't sorted as yet so, than I went back for the second time its actually more than a month now my since they took myy phone in for repairs they told me the same thing that my phone hasn't come back as yet what upsets me the most nobody cares to call and uppdate me about my cellphone I keep on wasting my time going back and fforth to them I very upset poors service, till now I'm still waiting for my cell phone angry custome
