As per my complaint 17:23 Sun 7 Apr and your response 19:40:46 | Sun 7 Apr 13, and my subsequent follow up report on 09:54 Tue 16 Apr and you response on 10:09:34 | Tue 16 Apr 13.
I have now at least received a received a ref number 3041601560 on the 16 Apr, from there absolutely no feedback AGAIN
Can you please give feedback even if it is a "I dont know" or "It will be sorted in 5 years time"
