STILL NO RESOLUTION to my problem

Well Edcon, your service is nothing but pathetic. I wrote a report on here and have still had absolutely no closure to my request for feedback with regards to the account that was opened in my name. it has been over 3 weeks since I went in to the CLaremont store to fill in a dispute form, 2 weeks since you responded to my last HelloPeter complaint, 2 weeks since your last call to me!

Lets not mention that your lady dealing with the complaints never got back to me and asked me for my ID number to follow up on my request more than once, dont you keep a file with all my details in it after i complained the first time?

Absolutely shocking, what is my next step to get you to give me feedback? Do i have to go to the papers?
