Brand new hadset exchanged for a refurbished one

I purchased a brand new handset BB 9900 Bold. i sent it in for repairs twice, i received a refurbished one with a new IMEI number and new designated bb pin. no one called me to enquire if i was okay with this arrangement, well im not!!! for starters, i didnt buy a "2nd hand" phone i bought a brand new 1 in a sealed box. i do not have paperwork for this phone, should i want to sell it in the near future. from what i understand, please correct me if im wrong, if a phone cannot be repaired rthen a replacement is given. a refurbished one is not what i expected. give me what i paid for with paperwork in my name.
