It has been almost 2 weeks since cell c responded by saying that an individual who is familar with the complain will be in touch with me to respolve. To date, I have not heard from either the ocmpany or the individual. Cell C is never getting my bsuiness again or a recommendation. Very dissatisfied with the support and service I have received thus far.
