Promisses but no delivery

I don't understand how it can take almost 1 MONTH!!! to get a new device from the HEAD OFFICE!!!
WHAT THE are they doing that they have such incompetent logistics where it can take more than a month to get my tablet from them, Then we kept getting the run around about ETA's. Every time i called, the date keeps changing along with the actual story.

They know they have stock issues, but hide it from you when you place the order. I could have had this done by now if i were told to just go to a branch as the HEAD OFFICE were having issues.

I am actually considering moving my account of 13 Years with them with all the numbers on it to someone else!!

Also, then when i speak to a manager, he tells me he will try to make a plan and would get back to me the next day. 4 DAYS later and he has not even had the decency to call me back yet to tell me he could not arrange anything.
