A line was scheduled to be installed at my residence on 19 April 2013.
An SMS was received to confirm this, I then arranged to be off from work on the day to ensure that someone was at the residence (as instructed in the SMS).
At 15h00, after waiting all day, I decided to call and find out why the technician had not yet arrived.
I was then told that he was not going to be able to do the installation that day and they will have to reschedule.
Bear in mind, this was only communicated to me after I called them.

This caused me to miss a full day's work for NOTHING. This is really unacceptable.
