GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES

I have queried billing far in excess of my normal billing pattern or affordability only to be passed on in a continuous circle. I have spent hours both in the branch and call centres - have a series of reference no.s
Just going in circles and totally frustrated talking to programmed call centre agents!!!
