Icompetent cell c when it comes to service

I got a new contract for Cell C. They send me the wrong phone. I phoned them every week and after 5 weeks they collected my phone. After 3 weeks of waiting I phoned them again and they said I will receive it in a weeks' time. After a week I still have noting and I phoned again and they never placed a order form my phone. And they don't know when I will get my phone.
They deduct they money from my account every month and I don't even have the phone.
