Incompetent Couriers

Two weeks ago i ordered a phone on my cell c contract that was due for upgrade. then the following week ram delivered the WRONG phone. they came to collect it the very next day and told me i would receive my phone during the same week. it is now almost 3 weeks later and i have not received anything!!! when i phoned cell c they said ram was busy with an internal investigation as to what happened...

why cant they deliver my phone in the meantime and then do their investigation??? im sure they dont need my phone for that??? how long can it take to get to the bottom of everything???

really this is pathetic service!!! if they cant do their jobs properly they should rather leave the courier business to some company who can...
