After nearly a month from applying, I have working ADSL in my home. The Telkom support staff have been great but it appears the system is not. Now that my ADSL works I am impressed with the response. It has taken several visits to Telkom Direct, calls to 10210, cancelled and new orders, a repair to the line and telephonic assistance with setting the modem up. I hope to remain a happy customer.
