Spoke to Precious from upgrade department almost 2 weeks ago regarding an upgrade. She promised to get back to me... I'm still waiting 2 weeks later. logged another enquiry on your website a week ago and this time did not even get a call back from anyone. doesn't seem like you guys want to keep your customers - pity.
