I applied for a new contract about a month ago, nobody bothered to call to give me a status update until when I eventualy called and was told I needed to feel forms again to start the process afresh because their system rejected my applications as it was in their system for too long. To make matters worse, nobody knows where the initial documentation I submitted disappeared to.
I am very disappointed and utterly disgusted at a substandard service from such a big corporation as MTN.
