Utterly Disgusted: Billed R651!!

I WENT TO THE GLEN NASHUAMOBILE TO UPGRADE MY CONTRACT TO A TOP UP 350 ACCONT ON A SAMSUNG S111. ADAY AFTER I DECIDED I NO LONGER WANTED THE UPGRADE SINCE I WANTED TO WAIT FOR THE S4 SOMETIME LATER THIS YEAR. I THEN CALLED THE STORE TO CANCEL MY UPGRADE AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGED CANCELLING THE CONTRACT. SURPRISINGLY ON 1 APRIL 2013 MY CONTA=RACT WAS MIGRATED TO A ANYTIME 350 CONTRACT WHICH I NEVER REQUESTED. I NOW CANT USE MY BBM AND LET ALONE TOP UP. AND NASHUA ARE TELLING ME THEY CANT MIGRATE ME BACK TO MY OLD PACKAGE AS IT ONLY HAPPENS AT END OF THE MONTH AND THERE IS A CHARGE ATTACHED TO IT!!!
Utterly Disgusted: I have received my bill for this month today! And it is R651. This is way higher than my usual bill of R440 per month. I never asked for this migration and contract, this is a complete! To make it worse, no area manager has contacted me up to now. This is ridiculous
