Empty Bandwidth Promises and no fix to problem

Its been 2 weeks now since I have reported that I have slow speeds. I have requested several times that I want to have feedback of what the problem is and when is the technician going to fix it.
Until today have not received a call.

My First report that I logged was closed without the problem fixed and without letting my know.

What is the point of escalating the problem there is no difference in the urgency on your side.

I have been paying for a 4 meg business line which is suppose to have priority. I am receiving line speeds of less that a 1 meg!

Who knows for how long I have been robbed from my bandwidth!
