So, I have a Vodacom 3G and laptop which I pay monthly. There was a period I was not getting my statements - three months. But I paid you monthly, except for December. You cancel my subscription after my January payment, I call your call centre, sorry you in arrears. I accept, but call me. I must mos Rica all my cellphones so you can find me. If the intention was to stop paying, I would have stopped paying. Young man gives me amount to pay, I pay it immediately. I decide not to reconnect the 3G cause I have very little outstanding and I am done with Vodacom. Get a letter of demand... Sorry, I paid you R1500 last month... I owe you another R3000 in total to buy out the entire contract... I have overpaid you!!! Now I owe you money??? Call number on the letter, Mpumi cannot help me after listening to my tirade, I must call legal on some 082... My phone is in for repairs, I need a landline, we don't have one I must borrow someone's cellphone. Are you joking? No. I just found a number 011 546 8427... You got me off ur line... Thanx for the. Fax line. I LOATHE VODACOM. LOATHE YOU!!! FIX THIS!!! FIX MY ITC!!!
