Hi,

I am extremely off as I called on the 11/04/2013 to do an upgrade and everything was confirmed and I was promised that the phone will be delivered to me within 7 days. But today I called to follow up on the delivery of the handset and to my surprise I get told that the quote was done but the consultant didn't process it.

I need to understand why is it that I must be made to wait another week where as some didn't do their job right the first time? Furthermore it is unacceptable that such things should be an inconvinience to me.

I need this matter sorted out urgently as I am not accepting the fact that I must wait around like a lost person waiting for Vodacom to lift their feet and I suggest you train your stuff well so as not to have such incidents happening in future.

I'm truly disappointed in the service that I have received from Vodacom considering that I have been bragging to everyone who is willing to listen about the great provider I hvae been with and maybe this is an opportunity for me to look for better service elsewhere.
