Did not receive Data Bundle for 6 months!!!

I have logged two complaints with MTN one with their call centre one via HelloPeter REQ:1914660, REQ:1975702. About my data bundles which I have not received for over six months even though I have paid for it I have trying for over a two months to get what is owed to me but MTN is sending me from Pillar to post this is disgusting service especially since I keep been debited every month.
As for my past complaint on HelloPeter all I received was a simple apology but I have not been refunded as yet.
