Slow service &unhappy custome

Dear nashua... the service i get @ ur branch @ vangate mall... ur staff there is very friendly & helpful... my problem is just the phones you give... not events a year then it's a problem... now I'm paying a contract but the phone is in repairs... the contract i took was not just for the airtime but for the phone aswell... please can ur head office or some1 call me so i can speak with some 1 who can understand my problem... you causing me a big inconvenience, i took out another phone from mtn due to you ppl... my number is 0717257286... please don't tell me sorry for inconvenience cause i don't say that on a month end when i pay my account... big thumbs down for Nashua mobile... this is second time & i the customer is just left waiting...
