BAD SERVICE AS USUAL, WILL NEVER CHANGE

I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH CELLC, GOT MY PHONE BARRED TODAY BECAUSE I SHORT PAID THEM BY R70 LAST MONTH. NO PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE OF THE ACCOUNTS PEOPLE TO TELL ME TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE BUT AN SMS THAT COMES AFTER I HAD BEEN DESCONNECTED SAYING THEY WILL SEND THE ACCOUNT TO COLLECTORS BLAHBLAH... THEY FAIL TO DO THEIR CREDIT CONTROL JOB OF COLLECTING MONEY AND THE ONLY TOOL THEY USE IS TO THREATEN PEOPLE WITH SMSES.
MY OTHER LINE HAS BEEN BILLED INCORRECTLY FOR MONTHS NOW DESPITE ME CALLING AND TELLING THEM THAT I CANCELLED THE BBM AND INSURANCE STILL THE BILLING COMES INCORRECT. YOU WOULD THINK THINGS WOULD HAVE CHAANGED BY KNOW
