Supper high prices & bad packages

Hi Vodacom

I would just like to say I have been a client of yours for donkeys of years and never had a problem, since now.
Firstly last month my account was R413 and odd cents, but the debit order that went off was for R513???
Secondly, your contract prices are ski-high not to talk about the packages. I don't mind paying for a good and top of the range phone, but these last 2 month your prices are really bad. And the packages that you are pushing down our throat's... Yes packages is cool, but at least let us choose... me for one don't need or want 150/plus sms's a month! if i wanted sms's i would add a bundle or at least give me a option, like more data less sms's or something like that. Let me choose my phone and add what i need! After all i'm paying and using it everyday. I am thinking of changing subscribers (don't want to) but these days we need to save where we can.
