Vodacom has lost their mind (and my business)

Vodacom's new Red and Smart plans are very poorly structured.
I am in the LSM 10 bracket and I am having a hard time identifying a suitable package for me.
If I am in the upper percentage of South Africas top income bracket and I feel your prices and packages are impractical, can you tell me who you are marketing to? Because I mistakenly thought it was me...
Vodacoms Limitless Red Promotion sounds like a "good idea" that went too far and never should have been implemented. The fact that I can get a Galaxy Note II from Cell C for less than I can get a SIII mini from Vodacom shows me that there is something fundamentally wrong with the upper echelons of Vodacom at the moment.
It seems that in trying to nudge consumers into "bigger and better" packages, Vodacom has forgotten that they actually have competitors, who in fact are currently more compelling than Vodacom in many respects.
