Shocking service, useless sales people

I got an upgrade on my phone in January of this year. I got the new Samsung S3. The very next day i was back at the vodacom Paddocks because it didnt seem to be working (calls were going straight to voicemail). The sales assistant took it apart, rebooted it and said it was fine, and off i went. The problem continued- i took it back EVERY DAY for the next 6 DAYS to tell them the phone was not working right. On the 7th day, one of them finally agreed and said there was a software problem and would have to send it away to JHB. I said surely it is my consumer right to have been given a new phone seen i had brought it back 6 times in the first 6 days i had it and now it was out of its 7 day warranty they had to have it FIXED... So it was sent away, i got it back 2 weeks later and of course, the next day i was BACK AT VODACOM because the phone was STILL broken. They have "sent" it away again, promised me i will get a new one, but typically i have been told again the are only fixing it. Why should i PAY HARD EARNED MONEY ON A SERVICE AND PRODUCT I AM NOT GETTING??? Does VODACOM NOT respect CONSUMER RIGHTS OR DO THEY JUST NOT GIVE A??? This has been going on for 4 months now. HELP
