My data bundle contract expired, i requested it to be cancelled. Unfortunately i dont have the proof as i changed computer systems reciently. However i have on numerous occasions told Nashua that i no longer require the data bundle. Also pointing out to them that none of the data on the bundle is being used. So i aslo ask myself, what cost is Nashua occuring, in order for them to make me pay for months of data not being used. They cannot see my conversations recorded on there system, when i have been returning the debit order for months now. The sad part is that being a large company and me being an individual, they send the case to Legal and i get forced to pay. Contract has Expired, debit orders returned payment stopped and Nashua claim they have no record of me having had conversations with them about this. im very disapointed having been a customer for over 15 years.
