My cellphone was booked in for repairs on the 23 of February this year. After numerous calls to the store and ultimately to the headoffice in Johannesburg, I eventually got my fone back yesterday (almost 2 months later) with neither an explanation nor an apology.
Firstly, there should be a log in place where the store can keep track of the progress of repairs so that when a certain timeframe is reached, they then can follow through with enquiries rather than having the customer doing so. Such proactive measures could prevent so many problematic issues.
At the heart of my frustration with Autopage, is that amidst the numerous calls made, not a single person could direct me to a definitve answer or recourse of action. I was repeatedly told to be patient and await response from them. This is absolutley ridiculous!
To crown it all, the problem that I was having wth the fone, still exists!!!
Needless to say that my contract will not be renewed.
