YOU WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME - with messenger pro!

BEWARE not to fall in the same trap, i subscribed with clickatell and loaded money on immediately as i needed to urgently get out my messages, after spending 4 hours during the night, struggling to configure that Messenger pro service as ADVERTISED on there website and on various other on line sites, I phoned there support just to find out they discontinued that service. WHY DON'T YOU HAVE RESPECT FOR OUR TIME?
Our money is good but you our time, after i requested you to indicate your messenger pro service is no longer working, you haven't done anything about it, in fact the consultant sounded extremely irritated!!!
