MTN DATA IS WORSE THAN A DIAL UP MODEM!!!

I have been with MTN for the past 4 years and am absolutely disgusted by the data speeds i have seen recently. the service is non existent in some areas and despite being told there is sufficient service i can hardly every get 3G, the best coverage i can get is edge, at some points i have #G shown on my phone and the page actually times out.

what the is going on i dont know as i have logged a call with my service provider (Nashua Mobile) and have done a sim swap, filled out a network complaint form and still wait to see the data speeds getting worse.

i want action as i am paying for a services that does not exist, this is almost.
