Waiting for new phone

Hi, im waiting from 5/3/2013 for my nokia 920 as an upgrade. All im getting is there is a backlog. Then i just say i will wait as they try to give me something els. I have this contract for 12 years know, im not a difficult man, it is just sarting to take to long.
