Charging for repair of warranty phones

I have booked in a phone for repair 2 weeks ago. after receiving a sms to pay for the repair of a month old phone, i called cell c number provided from the sms. 6 hours later and 8 calls no body can assist as to why i have to pay for a phone that is under warranty. who do i contact to get my phone back??? they just keep passing the calls around... cellc just does not bother to assist... i just got two contracts with cell c and its the biggest regret of my life, what a hassle
