Still waiting for Cell C

Since January this year, I reported Cell C three times after they messed up my new data account. Every time Nelly came to their rescue.
A week ago I was promised a refund - I am still waiting for the refund to take place. They have all my banking details. This is not the way to do business. My e-mails also go un-answered.
