I have lost my job in November 2012 and my phone was deactivated!!! I HAVE informed VIRGIN MOBILE ON NUMEROUS TIMES without response - WHICH IS PATHETIC!!! I AM UNEMPLOYED and do NOT EARN AN INCOME - if i do GET MONEY - VIRGIN ACTIVE takes it from my BANK ACCOUNT!!! HOW DO THEY OPERATE AND ACCORDING TO the COMPLAINTS RATE ON HELLOPETER - IT SHOWS what THEY ACTUALLY DO TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
