My internet has a lag of 1 - 10min on it. I'm phone constantly every 2 to 3 days to reset my port. The technical sent an order through that they must must me on a new dslam port. The guy phoned me and told me he must phone somebody higher up to see what he must do because he dont know what to do!!! Today when I phoned again about the lag of about 3min on the line the women put me through to some other guy that tells me my router doesnt support 4meg only 512kbps and I have to get another router for 4meg. He doesnt understand that the speed have nothing to do with the lag before anything happens. Even I understand that on a 4meg line its very seldom that you are getting 4meg out even though Telkom takes your money for 4meg. I'm talking about you type something in and have to wait for something to happen. On the speedtest the ping is 42ms but after the ping it take anything from 30sek up to 10min before the dail starts to move. I dont see why I sould pay for service thats not up to standard.
