3weeks and still waiting! SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

I ordered a 2MB uncapped line from telkom. I was told to pay a deposit of R700 odd, and once this was done to contact the call centre with the receipt number, which I did. They informed me that it could take up to 72 hours for the line to become active. It has gone way past that, and every time I call the call centre I get a different story as to why it has not been activated. This deposit was paid on the 23rd of July, it is now the 8th of August and I still have no idea when my line will become active!!!
