This message serves as a COMPLAINT. I am NOT IMPRESSED with your lack of service. I have spent the last 2 days dealing with numerous amount of consultants within the Customer care department, and still my issues has not been resolved.

I applied for a sim-swop for an iPhone 5, and it has still not been activated after 48 hours. No one understands my query or the importance of request. I feel that this is UNACCEPTABLE from a company who handles Business Contracts. This has cost me a loss of income as my clients or prospects cannot reach. I will not be settling for this, and accept Autopage Cellular to resolve this before I take this any further.
